Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any item — well beyond the 14-day right of withdrawal guaranteed by EU law. Return shipping is on us: we email you a prepaid DHL / GLS / DPD label.

Once the return arrives, we inspect it and refund the full amount to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Your statutory rights are unaffected: under the EU Consumer Rights Directive you may withdraw from any online purchase within 14 days of delivery, and under Directive (EU) 2019/771 all goods carry a minimum 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. Our 30-day return promise and prepaid-label service go beyond these legal minimums. Items must be returned in their original condition with accessories included.
